At Weave Craft, we take pride in creating premium outdoor furniture and accessories that combine durability, elegance, and performance. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

1. Wicker Furniture

• 5-Year Warranty on Rehau® wicker against colour fading and cracking due to manufacturing defects.
• 3-Year Warranty on in-house manufactured wicker against cracking, fading, and manufacturing defects.

2. Rope Furniture

• 3-Year Warranty on Olefin rope furniture against manufacturing defects.

3. Wooden Furniture

• 3-Year Warranty on wooden furniture against manufacturing defects such as warping, cracking, or splitting.
• Note: Warranty is valid only if the furniture is oiled and maintained every 3 to 6 months of delivery and periodically thereafter.

4. Cushions & Fabrics

• 5-Year Warranty on cushions made with Agora® or Sunbrella® 100% solution-dyed fabric, covering:

• • Colour fading
  • Shrinkage (please refer to washing instructions)
  • Rotting of the fabric

• No warranty on foam inserts, as foam is subject to natural wear and compression over time.
• Recommendation: To extend the life of your cushions and furniture, we strongly recommend using protective covers when not in use.

5.Glass & High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Table Tops

• Glass: We use 8mm thick toughened safety glass for our table tops.
  • Note: No warranty is applicable on glass. It is important to remove the glass top and cover the surface when not in use to prevent damage caused by excessive heat or UV exposure.
• HPL (High Pressure Laminate):

• • 5-Year Warranty against cracking and warping due to any manufacturing defects.
  • Our HPL table tops are 12mm thick and available in a range of finishes.

6. Umbrellas

• 1-Year Warranty on umbrellas against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty will be void if the umbrella or its fabric is damaged due to human error, negligence, or natural calamities (e.g., strong winds or storms).

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

• Warranty is valid from the date of invoice.
• Original invoice is required to claim any warranty service.
• Warranty applies only to manufacturer’s defects.
• The warranty does not cover:

• • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, mishandling, or negligence
  • Exposure to extreme or unsuitable weather conditions
  • Use of unapproved cleaning products or lack of proper maintenance
