Care & Maintenance Guide

Weave Craft Outdoor Furniture

To ensure the long life and lasting beauty of your Weave Craft furniture, please follow these care and maintenance guidelines. Proper care not only enhances appearance but also helps maintain the warranty.

1. General Care

• Clean furniture regularly with a soft cloth, mild soap, and room temperature water.
• Avoid using abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or pressure washers.
• After rainfall, wipe down all surfaces to prevent water stains or mildew.

2. Wicker & Rope Furniture

• Dust or vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment.
• Wash with a mild soap solution and water; rinse thoroughly and let air dry.
• Minimize prolonged direct sun exposure when not in use — use protective covers.

3. Wooden Furniture

• Apply a good-quality outdoor wood oil every 3 to 6 months to maintain finish and prevent drying or cracking.
• Avoid standing water; wipe dry after use or rain.
• During extreme weather, store in a covered area or use Weave craft covers.

4. Cushions & Fabrics (Sunbrella®/Agora®)

• Brush off loose dirt regularly and clean with a mild soap solution.
• For stubborn stains, bleach can be safely used on solution-dyed fabrics like Sunbrella® or Agora®, as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Always rinse thoroughly and allow cushions to air dry completely before storing or covering.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or wring the fabric.
• Do not dry clean.
• Store cushions in a dry, ventilated space when not in use.

5. Glass Table Tops

• Use standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
• Remove glass tops when not in use and cover the base to prevent heat build-up underneath.
• Avoid placing heavy or hot items directly on the glass surface.

6. HPL (High Pressure Laminate)

• Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Avoid abrasive pads, acidic or solvent-based cleaners.
• Prevent standing water and exposure to direct heat sources.

7. Umbrellas

• Always close the umbrella during high winds or when not in use.
• Clean fabric and frame with mild soap and water; air dry before storing.
• Store under cover during monsoon or winter months.

STORAGE & PROTECTION TIPS

• Use Weave Craft approved covers when furniture is not in use for extended periods.
• Store cushions indoors or in a protected, ventilated space during extreme weather.
• Regularly check for wear and tear on hardware, joints, and fabrics, and maintain accordingly.
